Yoga Nidra comes as a respite and refuge to refuel the inner tank, relax the body and balance the emotional spirit. Falling on the Winter Solstice, we’ll honor the return of the light with a cozy and relaxing workshop.
Yoga Nidra, translating to yogic sleep, is a potent practice that guides you into a state of conscious relaxation while remaining aware of your inner world and your physical body, simultaneously.
In this workshop, you will be guided by Yoga Nidra meditation including imagery to relax your body and mind, release physical and emotional tension, while tapping into the innate healing potential of your subconscious self. The perfect way to honor the Winter Solstice and yourself.

Led by Kelly Murphy, you’ll experience gentle guidance through easeful movements will prepare your body and mind to then lie down in a comfortable position for the Nidra experience.
Being led through a systematic journey of deep body and mind relaxation, you will explore different layers of consciousness and access a state of profound tranquility, rest and revitalization.
Through this practice, you can expect a deep sense of rejuvenation and mental clarity. Yoga Nidra has also been known to enhance creativity, improve sleep quality, and promote overall well-being at a deep cellular level.
