Winter Solstice Sangha

Invite the light through darkness

Come circle up (and cozy up) for Winter Solstice Sangha, where we will share space for the darkest day, together in community.

We will explore and discuss collectively what it means to dive into this season of winter through curiosity and an open heart. Led by Kelly Murphy, we’ll share what winter may offer and what winter may bring up for us, as we hold the torch for the longevity of light, patiently awaiting, just around the corner.

Free! But we recommend registering in advance to secure your spot.

More About Solstice Sangha

The circle will begin with a seated meditation followed by an optional journal prompt. A couple somatic exercises will be weaved throughout the hour as we share (optional) within the circle by actively listening.

A closing guided meditation will lead us into our new season of winter, followed by popcorn style sharing to express winter essence in its unique energy, created by the constellation of folks who contribute to the experience.

A short blessing will close the circle and into our new season we will walk, filled with winter wisdom and the anticipation of the light returning.

An invitation to wear comfy clothes, bring a journal/ writing implement, an open mind and an open heart.

Sitting in the space of transition and witnessing can bring deep revelations.

This is a fertile and rich time. Join us to ring in this winter season!
