In this experiential workshop, we’ll combine breathwork, mindful movement, and guided reflection to support a deep internal reset.

During this workshop, you’ll experience:

Through intentional breath, somatic awareness, and reflective inquiry, you’ll begin clearing emotional residue that no longer serves you — creating space for greater vitality, steadiness, and connection.

During the workshop, a few volunteers may also have the opportunity to receive brief live coaching around a personal pattern or transition, allowing the whole group to witness how emotional blocks can shift in real time.

Jessica Barry is a trauma-informed ICM-Certified Mindset and Relationship Coach and certified Hatha Chakra Yoga and Meditation Instructor who helps people move beyond the emotional and relational patterns that quietly limit their fullest expression.

Blending nervous system education, somatic awareness, and strategic coaching, she supports clients in transforming triggers, dissolving limiting beliefs, and building lives rooted in self-trust, clarity, and meaningful connection.


Her work bridges psychology and embodiment — helping people not only understand themselves more deeply, but experience the subtle inner shifts that create lasting change.
