Asana Lab: Standing Poses & Forward bending

In this workshop, we'll explore Standing Poses and a review of Sun Salutations, as well as Forward Bending, which includes standing forward folds, seated forward folds, pyramid pose, bound angle pose, pigeon, etc. We'll also review everything from the previous week and incorporate it into the practice.

This workshop will be taught by Annie Girvin.

About the Workshop

Asana Lab workshops provide in-depth guidance on a variety of yoga asana that often require more focused support. In each workshop, you will work to refine the physical components of your practice and get to the heart of poses by exploring alignment coupled with breath-work and somatics. Our intention is that you’ll form a deeper relationship with yourself through your asana practice in a way that can be sustained over a lifetime.
