In this workshop, we'll explore Backbending and Heart Openers, which will include and review on the anatomy of the spine, shoulders, and hips, and we’ll explore cobra pose, upward-facing dog, standing backbends, locust and bow pose, as well as deeper backbends like camel and wheel. We'll also review everything from the previous week and incorporate it into the practice.

About this Workshop
Asana Lab workshops provide in-depth guidance on a variety of yoga asana that often require more focused support. In each workshop, you will work to refine the physical components of your practice and get to the heart of poses by exploring alignment coupled with breath-work and somatics. Our intention is that you’ll form a deeper relationship with yourself through your asana practice in a way that can be sustained over a lifetime.
