Yoga Nidra, translating to yogic sleep, is a potent practice that guides you into a state of conscious relaxation while remaining aware of your inner world and your physical body, simultaneously.
In this workshop, you will be guided by Yoga Nidra meditation including imagery to relax your body and mind, release physical and emotional tension, while tapping into the innate healing potential of your subconscious self.
Through this practice, you can expect a deep sense of rejuvenation and mental clarity. Yoga Nidra has also been known to enhance creativity, improve sleep quality, and promote overall well-being at a deep cellular level.
