Your Yoga Journey Starts Here!

Ever find yourself in a yoga class wondering what the heck you are supposed to be doing? Don't worry, you are not the only one. We've all been there! Get back to basics and learn the foundations of yoga in this four week series. We'll explore common poses, transitions, and sequences typically found in yoga classes. You'll learn the lingo AND the moves you need to confidently walk into a public class.

Each class will encourage questions and inquiries from students. Arrive with an open mind and heart!

Schedule

  • Four week series starting Saturday, September 6, 2025, ending Saturday 27, 2025

  • Classes run from 9-10:30am

Things to know:

  • This series is suitable for folks new to yoga and more seasoned practitioners who want to deep dive into yoga posture alignment.

  • Things to bring:

    • Yoga mat! If you don’t have one, we have mats you can borrow at the studio. Having your own mat isn’t a necessity, but it helps build your practice over time.

    • Journal - you may want to take notes during each session.

    • Water bottle - you can refill it at the studio
