Start your day with Yoga!
Same as last year, there are two chances to take class with us on Thanksgiving.
8-9:30am | Grounded in Gratitude with Annie and Lizz
The practice will start with pranayama, followed by an exploration of asana from sun salutations to standing poses, backbends and more for a complete practice. We’ll end in meditation and chanting. Throughout class we will honor ourselves, the practice and its lineage, and our ancestors in this special 90 minute session.
10-11am | Annual Gratitude Practice with Sara
Join Sara for her annual Gratitude yoga practice! Sara's classes are always playful, creative, and challenging for all levels of practitioner.
