About Kira
Kira has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Her classes flow and weave in an elemental awareness of Traditional Chinese Medicine. While pursuing her 300hr, Kira studies meridians, meditation, and massage. She divides her time between the Finger Lakes and the Hudson Valley while caregiving for her mother with cancer. Her background dances across fields of science & technology, puppetry & performance arts, philosophy of life & death, and the endless pursuit of health & wellness.
