Set to uplifting, invigorating music, each class is designed to support your flow and generate plenty of positive vibes. Playlists may include everything from pop and indie to rock ’n’ roll and hip-hop.

About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Voetsch is a 500hr E-RYT and has been teaching yoga for 20 years, with a movement-based approach informed by 16 years as a classical ballet dancer. She spent 15 years teaching Power Yoga in the San Francisco Bay Area before relocating to the Hudson Valley. With a style that is both vibrant and grounded, Elizabeth leads classes that prioritize a deep connection between breath and movement. She draws on an intuitive sense of rhythm to help students build presence, whole-body strength, and refine transitions.
