In this workshop, we'll explore Arm Balances, which will include and overview on anatomy of the shoulders and wrists and how to use your hands in balance poses. We'll explore plank and side plank, then we'll move into drills and exercises for more advanced arm balances and inversions, like crow, eka pada koundinyasana, headstand, forearm stand, and handstand (if there is interest).

About this Workshop
Asana Lab workshops provide in-depth guidance on a variety of yoga asana that often require more focused support. In each workshop, you will work to refine the physical components of your practice and get to the heart of poses by exploring alignment coupled with breath-work and somatics. Our intention is that you’ll form a deeper relationship with yourself through your asana practice in a way that can be sustained over a lifetime.
