From the flowing lines of ski turns on snowy mountains to the steady rhythm of breath and movement on the mat, Keith’s journey has always been about connecting deeply with the body and living fully in the moment. Years of teaching skiing around the world taught him precision, patience, and the power of presence. Yoga brought him home. His classes emphasize connection, curiosity, and joy, supporting each student in cultivating steadiness, flow, and a renewed sense of harmony.
