ALISON LAZARUS

Alison is a yoga teacher based in The Hudson Valley. Originally brought to yoga through her deep meditation practice, she received yoga teaching certification at Shakti Yoga in Woodstock, NY.  In her classes, Alison incorporates her knowledge of anatomy and ayurveda, and traditional Indian medicine to give a well-rounded experience. Alison is also a pilates teacher, as well as a painter and live performer. Touring as half of the duo COSMAL, Alison brings sacred space through yoga, music, and art to all corners of the country.
