Get introduced to yoga in a supportive and relaxed atmosphere in this six week series with Evan Marks and Whole Sky Yoga founder, Sara Trapani.


This fun and accessible series will provide an overview of a well-rounded, balanced yoga practice from posture practice to philosophy. Together we explore:

  • Basic, beginner-level posture alignment
  • Simple breathing & meditation techniques
  • Yoga for stress relief and self-compassion
  • A brief intro to history & modern yoga philosophy
This series is perfect for those completely new to yoga, or those who want to get back to basics with a refresher course. Participants will complete the series with an increased knowledge and understanding about how to practice yoga as well as yoga’s potential to increase overall health & wellness.
